Initial appointment
First appointment to evaluate and address a new issue. The assessment will consider your entire body, medical history, and lifestyle to develop a personalised treatment and rehabilitation plan tailored specifically to your needs.
Initial appointment - extended
Comprehensive evaluation and management of a new condition. Suggested for ongoing or long-lasting neck and back pain, or when addressing multiple issues. Spinal pain often involves greater complexity, making additional time beneficial to identify the underlying cause.
Subsequent appointment
Follow-up appointment to evaluate the area, progress your rehabilitation plan, and offer treatment choices to speed up recovery.
Workers compensation
Workers compensation is accepted with no up front payments when referred by either a GP or insurer with an approved claim number.
NDIS
Plan managed and self managed NDIS plans are accepted. Please call or email the team to enquire about suitability.
Medicare referrals
Medicare enhanced primary care (EPC) and Medicare chronic disease management (CDM) plans are accepted with the referral from a GP.

Typically not. A referral is only required if you are claiming your treatments under a Medicare CDM plan.

Yes. A referral from your GP is required to be emailed through prior to commencing treatment. Once payment has been made on the day, your Medicare rebate will be processed and money refunded to the bank account linked to your Medicare. Typically ~$70 is covered per session by Medicare.

Yes, private health funds are accepted. Payment for your appointment is required in full at the time of service. You can then claim a rebate directly from your health fund, which will vary based on your specific policy.
